Um, I Guess You Can Mark Her Down as a "No"

I find it a little annoying when people write ordinary words in all caps, but I suspect President Bush got the message from this one-sentence letter sent to him this week by Rep. Sue Myrick (R-N.C.):
"In regards to selling American ports to the United Arab Emirates, not just NO -- but HELL NO."
Myrick's salutation was "Sincerely," which seems a little strange after a terse, hard-hitting letter like that. Perhaps a more appropriate close to a letter like that is something like "Emphatically yours."
