Demagogue

Given that French President Jacques Chirac and British Prime Minister Tony Blair have never been dear friends, that the two have clashed sharply in recent weeks over the EU budget and the British rights to a $6 billion annual rebate, and given the just-announced decision in which London was named the host city for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games (narrowly edging out Paris), if I were Prime Minister Blair, I'd think twice at the G8 Summit before accepting a glass of wine if it were offered by Chirac.

Or, at the very least, I'd carefully look it over before taking a swig.
