The Supreme Court just issued its
order list (pdf) denying Judith Miller's and Matthew Cooper's petitions for certiorari. Along with predicting this result--which really wasn't a very difficult prediction, if truth be told--
I discussed last week whether this means we'll soon see Miller and Cooper in jail.
