Yesterday, during Scott McClellan's attempt to refute allegations that Bush knowingly made false claims in 2003 about the discovery of "mobile WMD labs" in Iraq, he said something entirely truthful.

"The White House is not an intelligence-gathering agency."

This might be the best, most truthful defense they have against, well, everything.
