Okay, I'll admit it -- this rug may not say "optimistic." But it does evoke a certain je ne sais quoi that accurately conveys how my stomach feels whenever President Bush appears on television.
Demagogue visitors: what do you think? Think we could we convince the president to drop this lovely rug in the middle of the East Room or the Oval Office?
I'm sure it would cheer him right up.
