I happen to think that if an organization like the RNC feels compelled to release a document entitled "Myth/Fact On Harriet Miers' Qualifications", it is probably safe to assume that she is not particularly qualified.

You tend not to release documents where the top point reads "Myth: Person X Is Not Qualified To Be Supreme Court Justice" when Person X is ... you know ... actually qualified.
