By way of Oliver Willis-- the approval rating of Bush by African-Americans is a stunning 2%.

Assuming that there is a typical margin of error of at least 2%, that means it could be as high as 4% or...nothing?

Also, Oliver points out that as Bush's approval sinks below 40% that in Clinton's second term (you know, the one with the impeachment) he never went below 40%.
