Blessin' Every Time Zone

I'm not religious, but I was very pleased to see this bumper sticker on a car yesterday:
God Bless
The Whole World
No Exceptions
Many people may consider "God Bless America" to be a harmless expression of love for our country. But I'm not so sure of that. I'm troubled by almost any expression uniting religion and nationalism. I think these 3 words have a subtext that makes it easier for the U.S. to behave arrogantly. If God's looking out for us, then our foreign policy must be honorable and undeserving of the world's reproach.
