Demagogue

There was disappointment in some quarters when Dubya failed to appoint a woman to replace Sandra Day O'Connor, the first female justice in Supreme Court history.

Personally, I think Bush was right to return the Court to the 8-1 male-female balance it had before Ruth Bader Ginsburg's appointment. We all know how temperamental women are, and, as this case shows, they can be horribly biased against men.
