Bob Novak just said on CNN that Rehnquist will announce retirement today after Bush's wheel touched down at Andrews AFB at 4:50 PM EDT... DEVELOPING...
Let's hope that Novak ends up looking foolish, er, more foolish than usual.
Update:Novak was wrong-- again. Does anyone else understand why Novak has any credibility whatsoever? I don't.
