Demagogue

This quote has been making the rounds of progressive blogs and list-servs over the past few weeks so if you've already seen it -- sorry. Either way, I think it is most appropriate for it to grace the smidgen of cyberspace that is Demagogue. This is from a recent column in The Oregonian newspaper -- courtesy of Greater Democracy blog:
