The American Family Association has launched a boycott of Ford because "Ford Supports the Homosexual Marriage Movement." But this is bigger than just Ford, the motor company also owns Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
That means that every time someone buys one of these cars, a gay couple somewhere gets a toaster oven! And for every free toaster given to a gay couple God smites a kitten, which then makes baby Jesus cry!
I'm not sure why the American Family Association is restricting their boycott to Ford. According to this story GM is down with the gays too, and considering that Subaru has won the most popular gay car for several years and has openly marketed to gay consumers, what can they drive? So perhaps we should all consider buying some stock in Schwinn because they're really not left with much else, especially since they are people who are likely to only "buy American" in the first place.
Hey, but at least they're all allowed to like Disney again. AFA recently called off the least effective boycott ever against Disney for being too nice to gay people. But now the question is how are they going to get there?
