Remember a few months ago when the Bush administration received a fair amount of praise for simply refraining from vetoing the Security Council referral of the crimes in Darfur to the International Criminal Court?

Well, the ICC has now formally announced that it is opening an investigation into the crimes.

And so now that that is over, the Bush administration can get back to business
