Breaking Records in a Bad Way

While we all hate and distrust polls around here, it's still interesting to point out that Bush's popularity continues to sink and has hit some record new lows.

43% approve of the job Bush is doing as president.
55% disapprove of the job Bush is doing as president.
59% think that the country is on the "wrong track."
54% disapprove of the way Bush is handling the economy.
57% of the way Bush is handling domestic issues.
52% dispprove of the way Bush is handling the war on terror and foreign policy issues.
56% disapprove of the way Bush is handling the war in Iraq.
59% disapprove the way Bush is handling the social security issue.
64% disapprove of the way congress is doing it's job.

For the record, Bush's lowest approval rating ever was 45% in March 2005.

Does that mean that it's possible that the Americans who don't have GOP-installed blinders *might* be waking up to the fact that Dubya really isn't such a great president after all?

Party at my house if his numbers sink below 40%!
