Demagogue

"The place" being the American courtroom. In one day, I've read these three stories.

1. The confused juror (warning: some folks will find the facts of this case unpleasant; if accounts of "partial birth abortion" make you queasy, this story probably will too).
2. The lawyer as a marijuana-promoting bully.
3. The dog who got a subpoena.

Obviously, they need me back home.
