Demagogue

Just a reminder that conservatives can be victimized too. I'm starting to think of Tony Blair as the Hugo Chavez of Europe: ostensibly leftish, but predominantly interested in eliminating all checks on his own power. The autocratic tendencies of his government grow more alarming all the time, and the current Prevention of Terrorism bill is a chilling example.

No wonder his best friend, according to the St. Albion Parish News, is now the Rev. Dubya of the Church of Latter-Day Morons, another leader with a taste for secrecy, deceit, and absolute power. I can still remember when Blair's buddy was the Rev. William Clinstone of the Church of the Seven-Day Fornicators.
