Yesterday, a Demagogue reader, Arvin Hill, offered the following comment to my post on the obstacles that Bush faces as he tries to sell his "ownership society" model to the American public:

THE LOANERSHIP SOCIETY.

I've been meaning to blog it myself, but it's damn hard to keep up with all the daily atrocities. Anyhoo, spread it far and wide. Everything Bush touches -- thanks to the infinite deficits he's created -- involves The LOANERSHIP SOCIETY.

There is no "ownership" in such a red-ink environment.
