Not knowing the Prime Minister of Canada doesn't exclude one from being the Ambassador to our next-door-neighbor:
Surely the most intriguing is that of Pete Coors, the Colorado beer scion who just orchestrated the merger with Molson, creator of Joe Canadian.
Coors, who lost his bid for a Colorado Senate seat, has advocated lowering the legal drinking age from 21 to 18 and was once stumped over the name of the Canadian prime minister, even though he was in negotiations with Molson.
Of course the front runner is Marc Racicot who chaired Dubya's re-election campaign.
